We LOVE our customers and are always looking to share our good for you, good for others, good for the environment, products.

1. Minimum Order

   We have a MOQ of 20 toothbrushes. We are supportive of small & big businesses therefore want our MOQ to be accessible for as many wonderful business’s as possible. 

2. How to order

   Logon using our wholesale code

   Complete order form

   Check out your cart & submit payment

3. Manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP)

   Products or goods purchased from The Toothbrush Project shall not be sold less than the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. In the event the wholesale account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the wholesale account shall not discount the products more than 15% below MSRP

4. Wholesale Pricing

   All prices are listed in AUD dollars.

5. Returns

   Unfortunately The Toothbrush Project do not accept returns unless they are damaged or faulty. If the products are damaged or faulty, we require a written complaint with the order number listed, sent directly to our head office within 7 days of delivery date.

6. Payments

   The Toothbrush Project accepts credit card & EFT payments

   All credit card payments do not incur a merchant fee.

7. Shipping

   Shipping is not included in the cost of all goods

   For up to 100 toothbrushes, we charge $14 shipping, for larger orders we charge $25

8. Delivery Window

   Please allow 10-14 days from the time of your order to delivery of your items
